USCIS Announcement Regarding Form I-9

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has released an Employer Alert instructing employers to continue to use the current Form I-9 past its expiration date of October 31, 2022, until notified otherwise. Employers are required to use the Form I-9 at the time of hire to verify each employee’s identity and authorization to work in the U.S. If you have questions concerning the requirements related to Form I-9, please contact Member Care.
